Empowering mothers worldwide through connection, support, and shared experiences ✨
Beyond ragi, moms give oats, wheat, jowar, bajra, dalia and suji porridges, often combined with mashed fruit or vegetables for texture and nutrition.
⚠️ Caution:Introduce each new grain one at a time to watch for allergies, particularly wheat.
Parents worry their baby will get bored of ragi or miss out on variety. The community offers plenty of alternative grains - oats, wheat, jowar, bajra, dalia, suji - that can be rotated and combined with fruit for interest and nutrition.
Here's what moms in our community shared based on their own experience.
